Very happy with my purchase. I got the compact watercolor set and watercolor paint brushes that fills with water. I love the color selection of the palette, it’s very easy to carry around if you like to paint at coffeeshops (like me😊) without making a mess. I also like how you can fill the brushes up with water and use it as you go. Great quality! In addition, they have great costumer service! If you have any issue, just let them know! Very happy with my purchase and almost done with my first watercolor piece with this set 🎨
I saw an Instagram ad for a watercolor set and ordered two. It did take a while to get them but they were coming from Asia. When I received them, they were in great shape. I received more than I paid for accidentally and Irene at customer service replied promptly (by email) and worked with me to be sure I had not paid for the extras. I was pleased with the customer service I received. Thanks, Irene! Now I can't wait to get painting!
A few days ago I received the order. thanks for the treatment received, they look spectacular, as it is not for me I do not know if they are of the expected quality but surely, yes, the person in question did not complain about anything and is really excited.
Nice customer service, especially if you just start arts. They will simply explain the difference between watercolor and gouache and why I had to take watercolor in my case + their website is so much easier than others I used before, so I am pretty satisfied with my first order 🤭
